Neil was appointed to head Collegiate UK in 2024. He brings more than 12 years’ senior leadership experience across the living sector, including previous roles as CEO of Nido and Global Practice Group Lead for Brand and Customer Experience at Greystar. Neil’s career is defined by a focus on innovation, operational excellence and resident wellbeing across PBSA, build-to-rent and senior living. At Collegiate UK, he leads the team in delivering high-quality student experiences and operational performance.
