Andy is responsible for financial strategy, reporting and integration across the business. He has more than 25 years’ finance and real estate experience, previously serving as Finance Director at The Estate Office Shoreditch, a high-net-worth property development family office. He has led the consolidation of finance functions across Arlington Group and Collegiate UK to support the Group’s continued growth and institutional reporting standards.
