Helen supports the Group Chief Executive Officer in driving strategic initiatives, co-ordinating cross-departmental projects and ensuring effective executive-level communications. With a strong background in operational excellence and stakeholder engagement, Helen is an accomplished manager with deep organisational insight and drive. She has worked at Arlington Group since its inception in 2012, having started her career at the investment banking boutique Capital Trust.
